Important Terms & Conditions

The restrictions within the Refer-A-Friend Program are agreed-upon terms to protect both the businesses and the participating end consumer.

It is the responsibility of You (Participant) to ensure you have educated yourself prior to participation. By participating, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and accept responsibility for the governing conditions outlined hereafter.

Any misunderstanding during participation will not result in rewards being retrospectively added to accounts.

Conditions To Get A Referral Code

You will be given a code upon account creation. The code can be found on the Refer-A-Friend page in your account on the My Account menu. If you choose to share via email from within your account on the Refer-A-Friend page, the email will come from noreply@renovaworldwide.com. If the person with whom you share does not get the code, suggest they check their Spam/Junk folder.

Friends and family enjoy 10% off their initial purchase when they enter your referral code in the Coupon Code field during checkout.

You are permitted to share your unique code on your own social media pages with friends, family, and followers.

Referral codes are not to be shared on ANY coupon-aggregating sites. Posting to these pages will result in removal from the Refer-A-Friend Program.

Our Refer-A-Friend Program is in place to introduce new customers to Renova Worldwide. As such, the purchases made by the following customers are not rewardable:

  • Purchases made by existing customers using your code.
  • Multiple purchases made by the same customer using your code. Only the first purchase is rewardable.
  • Self-referrals, i.e., creating new accounts using multiple email addresses. Exploiting our referral system for personal gain will result in being banned from the Refer-A-Friend Program and accounts deletion.
  • Renova Worldwide is not under obligation to inform the participant their accounts have been deleted due to fraudulent behavior.

Reward Redemption

When an eligible purchase has been made by your referral code, the purchase will be placed in pending status. Once the purchase has been vetted by our anti-fraud measures and successfully completed, your reward will be added to your account. If the order is found to be fraudulent because of one of the aforementioned conditions or the order is refunded/canceled, the rewards will be removed.

  • Rewards cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
  • Reward redemption orders must be $100 or more for your rewards to be applied.
  • Rewards can be redeemed for stand-alone or subscription orders.
  • Available rewards will automatically be applied to your next order of $100 or more.
